- Do I need to register to make purchases?
- It is recommended to register to make purchases, however, this is not required. You can place orders without having an account registered.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept international bank wire transfers via SWIFT or SEPA (Eurozone) are accepted as payment methods. For transactions up to $500, you can pay with your Paypal account funds or a credit/debit card. If none of the above options are your choice then you can propose your method by contacting support.
- How long it takes to own purchased domain?
- Usually, 2-3 days and it depends upon seller communication and domain registrar procedures. We will do our best to transfer the domain name to you as soon as possible. In most cases, you will get a registrar account with a domain name included. Once the domain is paid we are communicating with the seller for the transfer process.
- What is escrow process?
- In our particular case the escrow process is a guarantee that both parties will get what they intended, the buyer gets the domain and the seller will be paid for the domain sale. The domain and funds will not be transferred until the fulfillment of a purchase agreement.
- Can we use third-party escrow service for transfer?
- Yes. If for any reason you wish the transfer to be covered by a third-party escrow service we go that way with you. We support Epik® escrow service by default but any other escrow service can be arranged upon agreement. To proceed with an external escrow you need to select that option during checkout.
- What brand assets do I get with domain?
- If you see a brand logo on this page it just means it’s your brand logo that comes with the purchased domain. The logo assets include a scalable vector logo in .AI (Adobe Illustrator editable file) format and a high-resolution.PNG file format.
- Can I sell my domains here?
- Absolutely. You can sell your domains on our website with no listing fees. All you need to do is to have an account and submit your domain. To make sure you own the domain we need you to add a TXT record to your domain DNS. The record information will appear when you submit the domain.
- What is the minimum price for the domain?
- As a seller, there is a minimum price of $100 (USD) you can set for the domain.
- What are the sale commission fee?
- We charge a 10% fee for a successful sale. The listings are free.
